The clothes I like for SS have no sleeves. Sadly, my arms are just not up to the job. Is there something I can do to shape 'em up, without pumping iron?

Was thinking about some sessions on a Pilates Reformer. Would that work?

(Zee lower limbs could do with the once over too, TBH)

Calanetics only has one excersize that is meant to tone your lower flabby bits on your upper rms.

Stand straight, feet sloightly apart, hold your arms out at each side, palms facing upwards, then reach behind you as if trying to touch thumbs and slowly move arms back and forwards like this, keeping them as high as you can, to a count of 100. ou should feel it working. As you can do more increase it to 200 or 300 etc.

Or just drop down and start doing push ups.

But if you are carrying extra fat on your arms you need to shift this too, or no amount of excersising will give you any benefits, as the muscles will be hidden under the fat.

Thanks, OMDB.

It's not so much a podge issue, just complete lack of tone. Will get cracking with 100s of teeny weeny movements-you are right, can def. feel it is working the right area.
