arf!

squeaver · 24/03/2010 14:11

I thought it must be a fanjo thing.

Or a breastfeeding thing.

I'm actually quite disappointed.

MayorNaze · 24/03/2010 14:12

i expect it could be adapted for bf. fanjo equivlent will require some thinking...perhaps as some sort of shewee accessory...

I have one - my sister bought it for me .

IngridFletcher · 24/03/2010 14:14

Now you mock but being large of nork I can see the point of these. There are dresses I can't wear without a vest top underneath as they show too much boob (Kew bad for this) and in warm weather this make outfit too hot sooooo modesty panel would work in theory.

Am not buying one though as it would slip out of top of dress and also there would be bumps where clips are. Also the name is hideous.

paisleyleaf · 24/03/2010 14:14

There are actual vests and camis cheaper than that.

squeaver · 24/03/2010 14:15

Mayor - I was thinking post-wax, covering unsightly re-growth perhaps.

MayorNaze · 24/03/2010 14:16

do you actually wear it HighStreetBabe

i think it is probably a bit similar conceptually to a "body" ie you think it may well be quite a handy idea but in practice far too much faff

MayorNaze · 24/03/2010 14:17

ooh you may be onto something squeaver...perhaps combined with a merkin for waxing mishaps...

Silly me.

There I was thinking it was a piece of wood on the front of a desk so you could not see the persons legs when they are sitting down

squeaver · 24/03/2010 14:26

How weirdly Victorian, ABD.

(the description, not you)

Fimbow · 24/03/2010 14:34

The shocking pink is doing it for me

Goober · 24/03/2010 14:36

I have 1.

Not really!!!

HighStreetBabe · 24/03/2010 14:37

No have never found an occasion where I felt the need to wear it. It's only a matter of time before it goes to the charity shop to confound a volunteer.

uggmum · 24/03/2010 14:38

I've never seen them b4, I thought you used it to cover your lady garden!

ABetaDad · 24/03/2010 15:41

squeaver - I have been pulled up on my Victorian ways before though.

Floopy21 · 24/03/2010 15:55

I want one . It would be perfect for jumpers & dresses for work without the faff/heat of actual layering, I hate the 'tits out' look in the office!

ScaredOfCows · 24/03/2010 16:04

Did you see the underarm pads - www.betterware.co.uk/productdetails.aspx?pid=039894&cid=173&language=en-GB

MayorNaze · 24/03/2010 16:08

under arm pads?

surely they are also a housewives 50s choice as well?
