please share your secrets on effortless yet well groomed looks?

i usually moisturise well, apply hydrating foundation and cover undereye circles, apply blush, curl eylashes and apply mascara, and a bit of lipgloss
what am i missing?
dont have time for much more

Pencil in eyebrows (or do whatever it is to yours that makes them smart, for some people it's plucking ).

Make sure my parting is relatively neat and fixed with hairspray or similar - if I can get that to stay tidy(ish), it ameliorates the effect of the wild mop that is the rest of my hair.

Also do light makeup, wipe baby sick off clothes, etc, but these are my 2 quick things for looking a bit more groomed and a bit less frazzled.

Get hair cut regularly - whatever you wear your hair is always there iyswim. Then light foundation, bit of blusher, mascara, lipgloss for every day. Always carry powder compact so I can have a bit of spruce up through the day if necessary. Takes me five minutes max - always do it first thing though so I never get caught on the hop. Also like to have nails varnished (I keep them short but like to have a bit of colour on them). Two coats of colour then a quick dry top coat - people always admire them and it makes me feel a bit glamorous even though I'm not really.

no 7 tinted moisturiser in medium, would recommend to us girls with fair/light olive skin.not too tango, clinique high impact mascara, as recommended on here brilliant.Rimmel warm/peachy blusher, bit of rosy/plummy lipgoss.always moisturise with oil of olay spf 15 .Just makes me look like I have made an effort iyswim. Was thinking about venturing into the world of eyebrow threading as they are a bit unruly at the mo
