Has anyone ever tried the Eva Fraser Facial Workout?

I have had this old book sitting on my shelf for many many years and I picked it up today and I'm going to give it a go.

Basically you stand in front of a mirror and pull faces for 10 mins a day and it makes you young and beautiful. It's all about training and strengthening your facial muscles to get a natural lift.

There is a warm up section and a basic routine to start with that you get to grips with for as long as it takes, then basic workout plus, again do that for as long as it takes to do them with ease, then intermediate and intermediate plus and then it is an advanced workout. The advanced workout allows you to choose exercises that target specific areas, eg lips, chin, jawline, forehead etc.

Has anyone ever tried it?

I'm going to give it a go for 6 months, see what results it has. Anyone feel like trying it too?

About two years ago I did the facercise routine - I was quite commited and I do think it worked.

I bought the Eva Fraser DVD around the same time but never did it that much, I find them quite difficult to get the hang of! Though I probably just need to really concentrate for the first week and i'll get it.

I need to do something asap about my jowl/chin thing as it it just starting to be slightly noticeable .

Have you already started doing it ClaireDeLoon? Do you find them pretty easy to do?

No I haven't started it yet, I literally pulled it off the shelf about an hour ago and just had a flick through. I will incorporate it into my bedtime routine I think so will start later tonight!

I have the same book and another one by Carole Maggio but have never used them.

i have put this in and out of my amazon basket so many times.

i think i make too many faces in rl to get eva involved.

my friend swears by it and she looks 20 years younger than she is. but i think she would anyway.

I did it for about 5 minutes one day. It didn;t make any difference at all
