Hair dye.

So, have just dyed my hair for the first time ever

It was the sort where you mix the cream into the liquid & then use.

Haven´t used it all.
Is it OK to keep & use again or best to throw away?

You have to throw it out, it does something funny if you keep it. How did it turn out? I've had many home dyeing accidents and it's left me a bit wary

It´s fine.
I have dark hair & I didn´t really want to change the colour that much just hide the grey

I thought you would have to throw it otherwise it would be ready mixed I guess!

Will look for a different one next time as I didn´t like the smell-peroxide?

Is it possible to get hair dyes without it?

The smell is probably ammonia, it smells like cat pee . It will say on the packaging if it's ammonia free. You can get henna dyes that don't smell as chemically, they still pong a bit though.

Yes, I picked it up because it was an OK colour & reduced.

Will check "ingredients" next time
