SuSylvester · 22/03/2010 14:50

the oens with straps are GOPPING

fishie · 22/03/2010 14:51

right i have got navy traditionals from natural shoe store. hasbeens are just too bloody dear. now i will go and clomp about in leggings and a sacky dress.

DarrellRivers · 22/03/2010 14:51

What is 'gopping'

fishie · 22/03/2010 14:53

darrell gopping is ugly. brian may is the guitarist with queen who famously wore clogs and married anita dobson.

fishie · 22/03/2010 14:54

can i wear them with jeggings? or is that mashing up me trends?

SuSylvester · 22/03/2010 14:55

i am a clog purist
nos hit straps
fgs go and fotglove if youa re doing those

think yes to PLAIN cogs and leeshure trews

DarrellRivers · 22/03/2010 14:56

Knew he was with Queen, lots of curly hair methinks
BUT didn't know he wore clogs eeek
And gopping,is this new terminology?
Are the kids using this on the street or is it a MN phrase?
Think those natural low clogs are lovely
Am going to buy the red ones and clip around town this summer
Will think about Hasbeens for the time being, but not convinced by the high heeled clog, seems counter-intuitive, although interesting to see that Sandy from Grease wore a pair

SuSylvester · 22/03/2010 14:57

i haev some track pants a bit like this but wiht a ribbon tie and no stripes, i like em

SuSylvester · 22/03/2010 14:57

oh get with it girlfrien
gopping is so like over only a mum saddo can use it

fishie · 22/03/2010 14:57

mine they are nicer in rl.

make legs look good. well even better.

SuSylvester · 22/03/2010 14:58

those are hte ones i put washing out in

fishie · 22/03/2010 14:58

red ones were a bit cartoony. also the curing process made them half a size bigger than the rest.

DarrellRivers · 22/03/2010 14:59

Well, from someone who says 'snazzy' I think that's a little rich

fishie · 22/03/2010 14:59

ha su you and my boss's wife. i have very good feet for clogs.

SuSylvester · 22/03/2010 14:59

lol.
sehr gut

DarrellRivers · 22/03/2010 15:03

I will look like a golf club in my jeggings/leggins/track pants plus clogs etc

diddl · 22/03/2010 15:10

I thought Roger Daltry wore clogs?

Gopping-haven´t heard that for decades since I was a teenager.

fishie · 22/03/2010 15:12

no he's got a fish farm.

i've got brian may hair so it is all a bit of a worry. i saw anita dobson last year, she has gone straight ginger haired.

MegBusset · 22/03/2010 15:15

I like the look of the high ones v much, just looking for any decent high street copies...

moondog · 22/03/2010 22:44

I shall let you know when my sky high t bar numbers arrive anon.

I love clogs, all clogs.

fishie · 23/03/2010 07:58

me too md. i have been clopping round the house in my navy ones.

meg i have no faith in high street copies, they will just be agonising lumps of wood rather than something which is moulded in a cradling footy shape.

Poncetastic · 23/03/2010 08:00

oh please no
not more fecking hasbeens

They are SO FARKING GROSS

shopalot · 23/03/2010 14:59

Mine arrived this morning and I LOVE them. I have lovingly applied olive oil as per instructions and they look lovely. Very happy
