Vest tops and leggings with high Lycra content

I want to buy a couple of pairs of leggings and some vest tops for layering under other things while I'm pregnant. Ideally I'd like to buy non-maternity ones in the hope that I might get some use out of them afterwards - can anyone recommend any that bounce back into shape when washed? I was thinking American Apparel might be possible, but I'm slightly put off by their advertising!

h & m and topshop are great for stretchy vests. as for leggings, i have been looking for ones with high lycra content but most seem to be only 5%.

let me know if you find any with a higher lycra content!!

Definitely H&M and Topshop for stretchy long-line vests - I bought all non-maternity and mine still fit and have retained shape (now at end of third tri).

The best leggings I got, comfy until the end, have been mamas and papas. I can still wear my non-maternity ones, but to be honest they are rather uncomfortable even under the bump, and I would recommend just buying the maternity ones - you will get a lot of wear out of them.

yeah deffo, i was saying earlier on another thread i lived in topshop n H & M non maternity vests when pregnant, and they still kept their shape, they are brill, hope they never stop making them!!
