Tattoos - How to cover up?

I hate teh tattoos I got when I was young and stoopid. I have one at the top of each arm and I can never wear a vest top or strappy tops because I'm so self concious of them.

I know I can get them removed by lazer but its expensive and painful.

How can I just "cover them up" during the summer? preferably so that its unnoticable? (So not a massive plaster etc)

I used tattoo cover up make up for my wedding. You could see it close up but no-one would notice it and you couldn't see it in the photos thankfully.

It didn't tkae long to put on either
