I've got hangnails and sore cuticles, well I haven't actually got any cuticles but the skin around my nails is all dry and sore? Not sure what to call it!!

I religiously put cuticle cream and handcream on them everynight and the next day they are still dry! I also put handcream on several times a day?

I've tried various creams, oils, handcreams, I don't wash up as I'm lazy and put everything in the dishwasher, I shower daily but other than that my hands don't really have that much water on them? (apart from washing after the loo)

Any suggestions on a really good cuticle cream/oil which will sort them out for good! Or any ideas on what is wrong/or what I'm doing wrong!

Just lately I've been having very good results with the Burt's Bees cuticle cream. Twice a day.

Other than that I use plain vaseline.
