lovely

Do you think it would be suitable for a wedding? Do you think it will be as nice in real life?

Or have I got it wrong, is it horrible?

Why did you ask if you've got it wrong and is it horible? In your title you said you love it, that's all that matters. Asking on here is going to get loads of different views, everyone has difference tastes.

But I like it

ShowOfHands · 18/03/2010 19:44

Ooh I like.

Themasterandmargaritas · 18/03/2010 19:45

Me too I think it's cute, good for a wedding.

LynetteScavo · 18/03/2010 19:45

I love all Fever dresses. That one doesn't look great in the picture, but I reckon it will be fabulous in RL. Perfect for a wedding...and Fever dol ovely little cardis too...although they are about as expensive as the dresses.

duckyfuzz · 18/03/2010 19:45

I like it, they have some nice stuff on there

Lutyens · 18/03/2010 19:47

I think it's beautiful. It would suit me...perfect for my figure and colouring. But no place in my lifestyle for such a dress

cocolepew · 18/03/2010 19:47

OOhhh I like their stuff [cuts up credit card]

BariatricObama · 18/03/2010 19:49

gorgeous

overmydeadbody · 18/03/2010 19:51

ooooh glad I am not alone!

coco I ask because I don't have any real style sense, I often get it wrong, I am new to this looking good thing but the style and beauty boards have taught me lots recently!

OP posts:
overmydeadbody · 18/03/2010 19:52

Lynette have you baught stuff from them? What is their sizing like? Will a size 10 be like a Next size 10 (so on the big side) or loke a New Look size 10 (on the small side)?

OP posts:
suwoo · 18/03/2010 19:53

I'd look a twat in it, but it is lovely if you are that type.

Not actually sure what that type is, but you know what I mean.

Get it.

cocolepew · 18/03/2010 19:53

You're doing ok if this is the sort of thing you like

If it was Boden I'd yell at you, though

largeginandtonic · 18/03/2010 19:54

I love it. Very nce. Get it

cocolepew · 18/03/2010 19:56

I like the way it says the length is "just above the knee". It can't be that length on everybody.

I dying off for one of those Bardot dresses now. Damn you omvdb.

overmydeadbody · 18/03/2010 19:57

Thanks coco, no no I don't get boden

I wonder if I am the type.

Have emailed sister for her approval. Then will hopefully get it.

Oh yes that's one of the ones I had admired on there, good price too but I am picky about materials so need to see & touch things in RL otherwise end up playing the order & immediately return game ad nauseum!

TrillianAstra · 18/03/2010 20:05

Very cute.

LynetteScavo · 18/03/2010 20:10

I'm trying to think what their sizes are like. I always buy a 12 in Fever and Next...I don't buy stuff from New Look. I have been surprised how fitted Fever dresses are on top..I'm a 10 on top, but wear padded bras, and the 12 can be slightly tight.

OurLadyOfPerpetualSupper · 18/03/2010 20:14

Lovely - and very pretty.
Would expand my hips too much but I'm envious of anyone who can wear it - as I'm sure you can.
Peep-toed slingbacks to go with, maybe?

overmydeadbody · 18/03/2010 20:28

Thanks for the shoe adivce, I know nothing about shoes!!!

Lynette so you find them a similar size to Next? I have teeny tiny fried egg boobs so hopefully shouldn't be a probloam.

Will my hips look big in it then?

OP posts:
overmydeadbody · 18/03/2010 20:29

oooh they have a sizing guide. I'm off to measure myself...

OP posts:
BrigitteBardot · 18/03/2010 20:31

It's gorgeous.

OurLadyOfPerpetualSupper · 18/03/2010 21:58

Sorry I didn'yt mean everyone's hips would look big - just that mine are proportionally wider than 'norm' so that shape I would probably avoid - although I should try it as it's really feminine.

cornsilk · 18/03/2010 22:07

It's lovely. Doyou have a code?

overmydeadbody · 19/03/2010 09:01

Can I get a code cornsilk?
