Pretty babygrows

TeddyBare · 17/03/2010 20:00

I'm trying to find a pretty patterned or coloured babygrow for a 16 week old to wear instead of an ''outfit'' at a party. Can anyone suggest something? Thanks.

have you tried here?

monkeysmama · 17/03/2010 20:03

White Company or TKMaxx have "prettiest" ones IMO. Saw some lovely ones in tkmaxx with matching blanket and hat.

cath kidston
(if you have £15 to spare)
or something from lula sapphire

John Lewis have some nice stuff (although lots of it is v expensive) - I was just there today in search of pretty babygrows for friends baby born last week. They had more stuff in the shop than on-line, but this one and this are quite pretty.

this website has some funky stuff. Some of it hurts the eyes though!

I bought my neice a lovely little babygrow from Debenhams a couple of weeks ago. It was pink & spotty and had a frilly bottom.

I cant find it on the website though

EggyAllenPoe · 17/03/2010 20:39

so many on this page...

and they are dispatched from a place not a mile down the road from me...

WorzselMummage · 17/03/2010 20:45

I cant believe the prices of some of the stuff on that nordic kids website...

Who would spend £25 on one babygro ?

chegirlWILLbeserene · 17/03/2010 20:48

Tesco have just got some lovely babygros in white with a beautiful butterfly pattern on. Very tasteful and they come with a little hat.

Went to H&M yesterday and they always have ones that are a bit different from the usual.

chegirlWILLbeserene · 17/03/2010 20:52

I cant cut and paste but the tesco one is 'baby boutique 2 piece outfit' and its only £7.00.

Its on their website. I googled tesco baby.
Hope you find something nice.

sungirltan · 17/03/2010 20:53

yeh i balked a bit at the prices. shame, they were cool and i hate all the twee frocks in the high street shops but i cant justify £25 for dd to wear for 3 months and be sick on.

Igglybuff · 17/03/2010 21:18

I have to say £25 is outrageous. But tempting. I'd probably sell it on eBay if I did get one. DH would kill me if I did spend that much though!

tethersend · 17/03/2010 21:32

Go and look in Zara and H&M- by far the best and cheapest baby clothes IMO.

H&M had a leopard-print velour babygro with ears which my DD lived in at that age. Very cute.
