Jeggings, Leggings and other skin tight trousers?

NO I don't.
It very much depends on your legs.
I have seen very slim women look not good in jeggings/leggings and equally some larger ladies look fab.

With the right top (ie. arse covering/mid thigh length) I think they are the most flattering way to wear jeans for some people.

My Mate is a size 20 and has great legs, they are a wonderful shape. She looks fab.

It depends on your build and height.

I'm short and have Problem Thighs. I would look shocking in them, yet I'm currently a size 8.
I've seen much bigger, but taller and better proportioned women looking great in them.

Im a size 16 but only 5ft so look bigger than any other size 16 woman would, i have a chubby arse and chunky thighs and was wondering if they would suit me because of my size.

I've just bought some really nice boots and dont know what to wear them with but couldn't resist them

I think your OP was misread as ....to think that over a certain size....

I'm a 16 (5'2'') but it's all on belly and bust. My legs are actually quite slim so leggings suit me.

no it's not a size thing, more what shape you are and what you wear with them

I am a 12 but with hideous legs, I would never wear j/leggings and ahven't ventured near skinny jeans

I find if I wear a longer top I just look even shorter and more dumpy, plus it makes me look bigger than I am, as do the jeggings/leggings. I tried some on once and never again.

I do have some skinnies, but they are not really skinny and I wear them with fitted tops which look fine.

although I do wear skirts and dresses

Definitely depends more on leg shape and having a figure in proportion more than actual size imo

i don't think anyone of anysize should wear leggins or jeggins.

Skinny jeans look terrible on big girls. Sorry.
Leggings can look okay though, or nice colourful tights

Duckyfuzz, I would go to a shop, try on some jeggings and lots of different lengths of tops, you will find the right length/shape for you, am sure.
I am a size 14/16 but tall, I have OK legs from mid-thigh down but the tops of my thighs have always been chunky, so I wear mid-thigh tops.
I actually think closer fitting clothes (as long as there are no unsightly bulges) look better as they don't billow and make you look twice the size.
If you are comfortable wearing skirts/tights/boots then I see no reason why jeggings/leggings won't suit you.

But my jeggings look exactly the same as my skinny jeans!
The waistband is just different, which I would never show anyway.

I am 5"7 and a size 16 but that is all tits and tummy (well nearly all anyway). I have a small pert bum and slender legs and own a pair of jeggins.

I am stuck as to what top to wear too. If I wear an empire line that cuts under and shows off my more than average tits it then goes straign back out again over my tum and makes me look 6 months pregnant, if I don't have tops that cut that way I look totally totally huge.

I agree with Lizzy - jeggings are the same as skinny jeans if worn properly - properly being "with a top that covers your bum".

Sorry should of put shape instead of size...it wasn't meant to sound like an AIBU towards big women just me

Absolutely agree that it depends much more on shape/height than size. I am a 10 but have really short legs and just can't wear skirts, there's no length that doesn't make my legs look chunky. I have friends who are bigger but with much better proportioned legs who look great in skirts.

I'm not sure anyone of any size/shape looks good in leggings though!
