ladies
i love the style of the CK bucket bag CK bucket bag as i'm downsizing from huge "carry everything but the kitchen sink" changing bag to cool and stylish bag that will still hold the bits and pieces that a 1 and 3 year old will need.

HOWEVER, i'm not sure i can bring myself to buy a CK bag - all of a sudden am feeling rather old!!
Any clues as to what I can get instead (maintaining the bucket bag stylee)??

Thanks!

a longchamp pliage? Lightweight, wipeable and lots of sizes/handle lengths/colours to choose from.

I have a hankering for a CK bucket but she discontinued my favourite colour (the green spotty one) before I got a chance to buy one .

not cath crap

SuSylvester · 15/03/2010 17:20

pliage crap
ooh they are so mumsy

piratecat · 15/03/2010 17:26

thereis a company near me called 'the old bag company', i read about it in't paper. Some mums set it up, cos they needed a better 'bag'

maybe worth a look?

OhCobblers · 15/03/2010 17:42

thanks ladies
was going to buy the small pliage as "my" bag, ie, like the good 'ole days when i only need space for purse, mobile, keys and lippy !!

CM they've got the green spotty bucket bag still in CK shops in the sale reduced to £30.

PC will look at that bag company.
thanks for your suggestions - keep 'em coming.

Thanks for the CK tip!

I have a couple of the bigger pliages for days out with the DC or for work. When I have my smaller one as well, I stuff it in on top .

I've just got myself one of these www.lisastickleylondon.com/prodtype.asp?strParents=&CAT_ID=127&numRecordPosition=1 from Lisa Stickley (big green daisy-print job) and everyone is complimenting me on it. More expensive though (there's a 15% discount code out there, but the big bags are still 100 quid).
