Help me find a new outfit to wear on holiday on my Birthday.

I have jeans but no nice tops, no skirts, etc. Live in jeans and hoodies. Going on UK holiday in about 3 weeks and i would like something new to wear.
Haven't got a clue what though. I am 5ft 9, about 14-16 waist. Flabby tum, huge thighs! Never worn leggings, am i too fat for them?Normally size 16 top.

I quite like this but it is in petite and i am tall!

and this, never worn a scarf though! and no idea what to wear it with!

Can i have links to pics of outfits/ideas please. Don't really know what goes together!
Happy to buy of Ebay to make it cheaper! Could also do with some boots as i haven't got any!
Can't really spent more than about £60 altogether though! Impossible task?

Similar to your link but not petite.

What kind of thing do you mean? A more dressed-up going-out type of thing because it's your birthday? That's what I was assuming but the shirt you linked to is quite casual still.

UK in 3 weeks will still be quite cold so short sleeves probably not ideal.

Not sure if I can manage boots and a whole outfit for under £60 but there are some very clever shoppers on this thread so will probably be able to help!

Self catering caravan break so something for evening in the club bar would be good but probably more comfortable in casual.

I need someone to go shopping with me i think!

What about something like this or this with leggings and ballet pumps?

Would you wear a leather(ish) jacket? Something like this would look great with your scarf...

bargain boots

tethersend · 14/03/2010 12:17

Love the boots on 2nd link but size 8 out of stock.
Not sure about leather jacket. Not keen on either the tops/dresses.
Thanks for looking.

Everything i look at that i like looks great on the thin model but would no doubt look terrible on me.

this with shirt/leggings as in picture, your scarf and boots or pumps.

Thanks, I like the style of that but not so sure about the knitted side of it.
