For fashion or swimming?
My daughter has a nice Speedo costume for swimming & also a bikini for swimming/parading both from an "Intersports" type shop.

We have a local independent sports shop that sells a decent range at good prices

Next is pretty reliable, and usually seems to have an OK range (which varies from teensy bikinis which they like, to more respectable things that you'll actually consider buying)
