I didnt even know that they did non maternity until the catalogue came through the door and am now strangely drawn to lots of it especially this and this not to mention these trousers

Oh wow!

Those trousers are so retro gorgeous! Very Katharine Hepburn!

The Marilyn skirt fab but only if you're 5'8 or over?

Jackie dress - look at the catwalk video. The stripes at the neckline look a bit weird no?

waitingforglasto · 11/03/2010 21:34

Havent seen the video - got caught up watching 'too poor for posh school' - will do later...do you really think you have to really tall for the skirt?...arse.

bought a cardi from the 365 range for A/W .. have worn it to death. Wearing it now!!

BelleDameSansMerci · 11/03/2010 21:46

Think it's good for basics but a bit samey?

AngelinaJolly · 11/03/2010 23:00

I have a 365 dress and had quite a bit of maternity from I.O. Quality generally good BUT their trousers are ridiculously long. I am mere mortal at 5'7 and look like a child trying on grown up trousers in their stuff. And the Hepburn trews would be difficult to alter, methinks.

vesela · 12/03/2010 09:45

I loved the look of LTEC's cosy, but only like their dresses in black. I don't like jersey in those colours, esp. not the jade green - it looks kind of dated even to me.

waitingforglasto · 12/03/2010 10:14

I wonder why it appeals so much to me - not that I can afford it and have bought my 2 summer dresses already in the winter sales. But I do like this as well maybe I'm just getting old [gloom descends]

Wore loads of their maternity stuff - quality is good and really like the 365 collection. My sis ordered the cap sleeved dress in black for work, it arrived yesterday and is v nice - good quality and fits well. Think that you would probably wear the clothes for ages and then wish you'd bought two. Sort of easy to wear - and tbh, who has the time to spend ages looking at their clothes before going out to work? I want something that I can throw on and it looks good! Does anyone know where the outlet shop has gone - used to be on the website?

I love both the maternity and the 365 range, can't afford it though and far too fat.

hellsbelles · 13/03/2010 10:11

I got this - expensive but good quality (fully lined) and it looks very flattering on. Only thing is it's very very long so I'll have to take it up (and I'm 5ft 8 so not tiny)

AllBuggiedOut · 13/03/2010 17:14

I was thinking of ordering that, Hellsbelles, but hadn't realised it was lined. Do you think it would be too hot for holiday in height-of-summer US?

Pluto · 13/03/2010 17:23

I've been close to ordering a couple of the 365 wrap dresses but I keep bottling out as it's pricey and I'm wondering about the sizing. I wore a few IO maternity bits nearly all of the time when I was pg. Is the sizing accurate? I thought some of the mat wear came up a little on the large size. I'm a size 10.

waitingforglasto · 13/03/2010 21:14

oh god I love that as well hellsbelles but already have a very similar Kate Moss Topshop one...

AllBuggiedOut · 13/03/2010 22:44

Can you link please, waitingforglasto? I'm guessing the TS one wasn't as pricey as the IO

It was summer last year allbuggiedout - does anyone know if they normally do a sale and if its any good?

OP posts:
AllBuggiedOut · 14/03/2010 13:35

Ah, that would explain why I can't find it! Thanks though. Good point about the sale, will watch with interest...

hellsbelles · 14/03/2010 22:19

allbuggied...it could be bit sweaty in very hot weather!

Pluto - I'm a 12 and the sizing seemed pretty average to me.

Clayphs · 15/03/2010 11:35

LOVE 365, have bought the wrap dress and the jersey weight is simply gorgeous, hangs well and washes fine.

www.isabellaoliver.com/womens-clothing/dresses/isabella-oliver-365-the-classic-wrap-dress/D/30100/P/ 2:600:6010/I/DR432

I paid £89 tho, so theyv'e put prices up..

Sales are ok, but not a huge discount..sizes seem fine to me, size 14-16..

omnishambles · 15/03/2010 18:45

A parcel arrived for me today from DH for mothers day - that skirt I was lusting after at the top of the thread

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 15/03/2010 19:54

They have a clearance section - doesn't have the current collection in but might be worth keeping an eye on it.

NorkilyChallenged · 15/03/2010 21:03

Oh I'm omnishambles

I've been thinking about those skirts ever since I saw this thread.

omnishambles · 16/03/2010 07:13

Theres a similar pencil skirt in the clearance section for half price. I've had to send mine back for an exchange - the sizes come up quite big I think...

NorkilyChallenged · 16/03/2010 18:02

I saw that Omni but they only have size 6-8 left and I'm a 10-12 so even with generous sizing, it's no good for me.

I hope you get the correct size back soon. How was it length-wise?
