Can anyone suggest a shrug/cardigan for this outfit?

Going to a wedding in June when I will be 8 months pregnant.

and these shoes www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_050010213893_-1 and just need some kind of cardgian to wear with them.

I will wear something even if it's very hot, I always keep my arms covered even in summer and when pregnant so will def get used. Just not sure what colour cardigan to get - shoudl I go for something purpley or something else? I'm thinking if I get a shrug I can wear it again when not pregnant.

I I think if it was me I might try and find something pewtery to pick up on the shoes (and def a pewter bag). I have a silver wrap from accessorize which is years old - now pewter is fashionable you might find something like that, or a large-hole crocheted shruggy thing.
Not that I have spotted owt like that in the shops.

Thanks boogeek, was going to look for pewter but not sure I'd find it. Will do an ebay search now.

Just wondering if I should rethink the shoes and go for something paler/more summery. Like pink/lilac shoes and shrug?

I was thinking maybe a pashmina, not sure if those sleeves will look good under a shrug?

I think pashminas are awful... I could never condone such a thing!

I like shrugs better myself, i just think the sleeves will get bunched up in the shrug sleeves iyswim
