We've been invited to a Summer wedding in a few months time, registry office then a nice meal in a hotel.

Is this DRESS ok to wear?

Would be the green or red one, not white.

Is it too informal?

Hi - for me, it would be too informal for a wedding unless the wedding was in a barn or something like that. Nice dress though!

No, too informal IMO. Nice, but not for this occasion.

Too informal, I think. Looks more like a beach dress, although it is very nice. And you can't do much to dress it up without making it look odd - a cardigan over the top and a necklace would show it up as it is very casual.
