I brought this skirt. What should I put on top?

I brought this size 16 blue skirtWhat should I buy to go with it? I like the belt and want to show it off but being size 16 makes it difficult. I think I need a cardigan too but what! The suggestions on the website were not in store. I also don't have much time (who does no this site) to go shopping so I need to clear on what I'm hunting for. Something a bit spring like would be nice. I am olive skin dark hair.

can you not look for a top similar to the ones suggested? but maybe from a different place? i like the patterned top best, i'm sure there are loads around

if you get one like the one there, then i would say no as it is quite fitted......

actually, if you wear the belt then tuck it in, no belt, then don't tuck in!
