It occurred to me that these might be good for work, in the PNK and DBR stripes. I got them today and they are quite good on. I also ordered these and these.

I have a couple of pale summer jackets I think would go with them, but I asked dh who thought they were both too short. So I am not thinking longline blazer maybe this or this. What do you think, or do you have any better ideas?

I meant "I am now thinking" rather than "not thinking"

I am size 16 about 42-33-43 and 5ft 9.

I have not really gone for "light summer trousers" for work before and I need a smart jacket to look professional enough.

I want a jacket for a more professional look, I think. Also, I think a longline jacket would be more streamlined and balance out the wide-ish trousers more.

I bought that Marks one last week. Wasn't completely sure in the shop , but having taken it home and tried it with lots of things, I love it. I'm 5'11", a large 14 with boobs and find it a good fit compared to most blazery things.
