Have fallen in love with that Brora stuff but can't justify £200 for a cardi.
Have just found out there's one of these clearance sales in Chelsea next week. Never been to one before and wondered if anyone could tell me what to expect ... are there queues for entry? and do I have to pay to get in?

No idea, but I bet if you ring or email them, they'll be able to give you an idea of how it works. They usually have pretty good friendly customer service.

I went to one in Battersea last September. Arrived around 11.30 from memory - very chilled, no queues, got some good stuff inc sweater for dh (£80ish down from close to £200) knee-length chunky bedsocks (£30 down from nearly £100) wool blanket for £30 and vest top for about a tenner.

didn't have to pay for entry, lots of very helpful staff

and a poo diaster with my ds. But that's another story....

Oh, that sounds civilised and not the bunfight I was expecting. Looking forward to it now ...

I was hoping to go to the sale on 11 March in Chelsea as wanted some cashmere gloves which have now been removed from website

Hardly seems worth the £30 train fare though... I would probably end up buying way too much to make trip 'worthwhile'.
