hi, after 2 kids, my 34 b's are now like 2 pockets of saggy skin, truly grim! anyone have any ideas how much a boob job costs in london? any recommendations where to go? is it worth the pain? what kind of implants best??

I've not had breast implants, only Liposuction, Scar Revision Surgery and Dermal Fillers, all carried out by a Surgeon in London.

I can't advise what implants are best, as it would be best for you to discuss this with the surgeon, who will show you different sizes of implants and types.
