Boden - have they changed their returns policy?

Previously when I've returned stuff to Boden, I'm sure it's been free. But according to the small print, I now have to pay for costs. But the returns label they've sent to me says "Postage to be paid at destination under terms of contract"

Can anyone enlighten me please?

It's never free unless they have an offer on or you get a free delivery voucher code.
Although going by the label they've sent, perhaps it's all free. They're so tight. The profits they make, you'd think it would always be free returns.

Maybe in previous years you've always benefited from the 'free returns' offer that they often have on. But its not always on offer, so sometimes you do have to pay for postage. I have done previously, when I haven't had any left over free postage returns sticker, so its not a change in their policy, I don't think.
