this would be a great maternity skirt

I've just got this checked skirt from Bibico]] and it has a wide and very gently elasticated strip at the top - can be worn on the waist or hips. I'm not pregnant, but it occurs to me that it would be a very comfortable summer maternity skirt. £26.60 in the sale at the moment (they have small and medium) plus there is an extra 15% off everything at Fashion Conscience all this week.

it looks tighter in the photo than it is - it's like smocking on the top & wouldn't cut into a bump.

It does look nice on. It's actually a layer of almost cotton voile with another layer underneath. But yes, it's a pink checked skirt...
