Have been going to the gym for a while and starting to firm up but struggling with my post baby belly. As the muscles have tightened abit the skin is wrinkly and flabby, will any of the many skin firming creams help? If so which one?

The Nivea one (in the green tube) was quite good, and pretty reasonably priced (£9ish for a tube, though often on special offer). I used it on on stomach after DCs. You can feel is 'tightening' on your skin.

I rate the Mama Mio products very highly. I used their tummy toner and Get Waisted before my hols last year and it made a big difference to my skin tone (I have been left with quite a wrinkly tum post-DCs).

They are quite expensive but a little goes a long way.

On the cheaper side of things, I had good results with Nivea's Q10 firming cream (the one in the pot rather than the lotion). However, that was a few years ago. Not sure if they still do it or may have changed the formula.

thanks guys. I know i'll have to use it for a while to get results but will i have to use it forever? Or all the while i dont put on weight/excercise it'll be ok once results have been noticed?!

I used it until the skin had firmed up, and not since. I think time improves things so the cream helps it along.

Think about it: if a lotion could tighten your skin it would be a medicine.
