Just passing on my experience with this website - I ordered a pair of boots in January. I haven't had them and all my attempts to contact the company have failed - the customer service e-mail addy doesn't work, the 'contact us' section of the site asks you to use 'forms' that routinely come up with 'form expired' there's no phone number and I even sent a letter through the post that they've ignored.
Either they are rip-off merchants or they are so inefficient they might as well be. Don't want anyone else to be out of pocket.
