Has anyone ever returned items back to Boden from France using a normal returns label?

I've had some stuff delivered to France but need to send something back. I have been given a returns label as free returns was part of the offer. I did ask whether it was valid from France and they told me it was but I am sceptical as to whether La Poste will accept it without any postage on it.

Anyone able to reassure me?

I would be surprised as it will be marked with Royal Mail return postage so I don't see how La Poste would get paid for it IYSWIM.

That's exactly what I thought dexter. I think I need to ring them again and ask them what their policy is on returns from abroad.

Could you take it to the post office and see what they say there?

I've also ordered from Europe and had to pay postage for returns. Boden didn't refund it. Not going to order again...
