what to wear to a premiership game ... in a private box?

help! we have been invited as guests to watch a premiership game in a box with dinner and drinks. what to wear for this?

everyone gawps at you!!

i was in the VIP box at Chelsea last year with the WAGS....i was only the matchday mascots mum,but every one outside peered in to see who was there

food was good

it will be cold if you go out for the game/and going in building

i was hoping i could just stay in the box.....
so what to wear?

You might be able to stay in the box, it depends on the setup at Blackburn. If it includes seats in front of the box for example.

you could try contacting them and asking? Maybe this would help?

Do you know anyone else going you could ask?

Some grounds have 'no denim, no team colours ' in their corporate areas - boxes tend to be a little less strict as you are not in the general areas and mostly the people in the box are with the same group. Trousers, semi smart top and warm coat over the top - I have found protocol tends to be that you do go out to watch the game.
