Was wondering if any wise mumnetters could advise me... I am going to be a mummy to a baby boy this summer. Does anywhere do baby boy clothes that are not all baby blue? Seems bit dull. Also was such a draining painful journey to become a mumma i would like to pamper myself as my appearance has been neglected. Im thinking a new do, have brown bit past shoulders hair and grown out sweepy fringe with a heart shaped face- would like something new and girly any ideas? Sorry tad random thread. TIA. Lola

Well I am going to have a boy in June, or so I'm told and after having three girls I can honestly say I'm glad I got the whole cute baby stuff out of my system because i'd be struggling otherwise.
So far I'm going for the emile et rose type stuff for the first 6 months, which is all pale blue and white but compared to dressing a newborn like a 25 year old off to a dodgy club ie Next I'm living with it.
After that I'm thinking No Added Sugar, Converse and GAP for bright basics.

Now somebody will come along and tell you what to do with yourself, I am sporting the whale look right now.

H&M have fab baby boy stuff- unisex, bright colours. The best (by far) I found was Zara- the boy's stuff was so good I bought it for my DD
