.... not boots. Socks a necessity.

I can't bring myself to wear ballet flats with socks. My feet get cold

I seem to remember this problem last time around, but then I could get away with jaunty socks and those velvet dolly shoes. Not sure I can pull that off now

So, what do you wear when you don't fancy boots with them?

I have only worn boots with my leggings. Can't think what would look ok if not ballet flats, so not much help I'm afraid!

Only boots as I only wear leggings in Winter.

I wore leggings last year (long ones) with gladiators. Like this kind of style I think it works if you wear a voluminous top though I have long legs which probably helps. Not with socks though.

I think they may only be for wearing with boots really.

Plimsolls/converse with trainer socks.

I think it would need to be boots if you want to wear socks. What about a pair of ankle boots?

Or a ILOveGregory said, maybe a pair of trainer socks with ballet pumps? Making sure no sock can be seen

I had the same query.......pumps look the best but i can't bear cold (or wet!) feet!!!

I usually just wear thick tights tbh if I don't want to wear boots, which is rare at the moment

Would only wear boots, sandals or ballet stlye flats. Can't wear shoes and socks! You would look a fifteen year old from the 80s .

am currently wearing leggings with fake uggs so not much help. when i go out in the rain in a bit i will put black biker boots on so again not much help.

They are really short so more like shoe boots than the Dick Whittington's pantomime cat look

wellies and wellie socks if raining or snowing. Prob not fashionable but rain isnt very vogue in my opinion

It's got to be boots with leggings in this weather. No point in having cold feet.
