Help! Anyone else struggle to fit into FLY yule boots..?

I love them and tried them on in schuh yesterday BUT the zip goes from ankle to mid leg and the part around the calf is unable to be loosened. It has a velcro strap which imo is for show..

Im only 4ft 11 BUT the length is fine BUT I can't seem to make them fit comfortable around my calf iykwim..(fatty part of leg) I don't consider myself to have fat legs but maybe I do .

Anyone else the same.?

I have googled these boots and it seems they fit upto around 38 cms..I have measured my legs today (yup..) and they are only 37..

Yes, Fly boots all seem to be narrow. I have 2 pairs of Fly shoes, which fit fine, but the boots... no chance

I baught some yesterday as well, the ones with the buckle tho. They fit me but its tight. I have been on a diet however and am very very chuffed that ANY boot fits me! I just need to hide them under my trousers till I loose another few pounds!

How are you finding the rest of the fit? I have quite wide feet and so far they seem good.

well, im usually a 4 and they didn't have..just a 3. I tried on the 3 and tbh found the fit fine width and length but it was mostly the top part I struggled with..

I have also lost weight and would never have dreamt to wear such boots 5 or so yrs ago....I have about half stone ago, do you think maybe they would fit after..?

There must be some excersise designed to tone up calves, steps maybe?

I do loads of walking (school run ) so maybe that will help..

Fly sizing is weird.
My Mols are great but have stretched, definitely...I have to wear thick socks with them now.
I bought a pair of Vivi shoes the other day but when they arrived, they were TINY, I mean the tp bit with crossed straps was just too low and dug into my foot...horrid.

The toes were also tight.
They only seem to go up to a 41. How come the mol boots are so good and these are so beautiful but tiny?

Mind you the mols have a very slim calf - which is nice for me as most boots are like buckets on me.
