cornsilk · 19/02/2010 22:39

go on...

squeaver · 19/02/2010 22:40

Two nautical striped jumpers - who cares if it's over - down to £15 from £30.

Long silk mix navy cardi - 25 from £35.

Also got a beautiful cord skirt in B Republic - full price tho. But it's the first shopping I've done THIS YEAR so I deserved it.

Don't name change. It's cool not to name change.

And what about these bloody user status things? One step away from tickers.

cornsilk · 19/02/2010 22:42

squeaver where did you get your jumpers from?
user status? What's that?

janeite · 19/02/2010 22:43

What is userstatus?

Nope - I won't name change.

Silk mix cardi sounds good - is it machine washable?

cyb · 19/02/2010 22:44

You know when they mark down the bread and stuff with those special printed labels from a little machine

I spotted 3 bags of bagels. We are BIG on bagels in my house. I though 'Ooh bargain bagels' (are you still with me?)

So I said to marker down woman 'Excuse me, how much will those bagels be reduced to please?' (I'm really NOT a cheapskate)

She turns her back, really secretively, types in her magic code to her magic machine and prints off 3 labels.(72p but thats by the by)

She says in a stern way 'I don't normally do individual requests. You are VERY lucky'

cornsilk · 19/02/2010 22:47

ha ha
I'm always too coy to ask about bargains in supermarkets

cornsilk · 19/02/2010 22:47

did you get creamcheese for the bagels?

cyb · 19/02/2010 22:47

I was so cross with her I lobbed them into a bread display. her and her 72p magic bloody bagels.

cyb · 19/02/2010 22:48

we don;t do cream cheese. (well dh does but he forgets) we do everyhting else though

cornsilk · 19/02/2010 22:49

what do you put on them then?

squeaver · 19/02/2010 22:50

Gap, corny. Haven't looked to see if cardi is machine washable, I'm afraid. They have some good bargains in there at the mo.

User status things here You can insert cutesy little phrases that you see when you hover over names. Makes me want to puke.

Lol at Cyb's bagels

cyb · 19/02/2010 22:50

ooh bacon, fried egg, peanut butter, jam, anyhting really. Love a bagel we do. But I willl only purchase FULL PRICE ones form now on

This stupidity is just what i need after a stressful evening entertaining dh's family

cornsilk · 19/02/2010 22:51

cybagel · 19/02/2010 22:55

cornsilk · 19/02/2010 22:56

cornsilk · 19/02/2010 22:59
