Any suggestions what to wear with....

... a bright (electric) blue sequin-shouldered shrug? For girlie night on Fri. Impulse buy at New Look (fiver!) and I think it is cool, so want to wear it, but have lost my style groove so don't know what to put it with!

Am thinking with jeans and I have lots of different colour vest tops, but that would be a bit chilly. Long sleeve tops are limited to a couple of black ones. But they are a a bit scruffy. Or how about with leggings and long top (black?)?

Should I purchase something to go with? But that would turn my bargain into a not very economical new outfit!

Feel a bit silly fretting over it but I am, and thought maybe someone here could help.

Leggings and a long black top or jeans and a top that you already have in your wardrobe would look great and make the sparkly shrug a focal point and if you're into beads and necklaces and have them maybe wear them too , don't purchase anything else, you don't need too.

I like the leggings/long top idea but on closer inspection the black tops I normally wear with leggings are wrong - empire line at odds with shrug length and too flappy.

Any ideas where I could get a cheap, long, not too figure hugging, long sleeve, black top?

h and m? You could probably get away with a vest top with a shrug.
