I keep getting spots on my chin before my period. I have tried various products which don't work, and on the contray worsen the situation. I have also tried not to touch them which does nothing too, please help me, I am going away in two weeks time

A dab of toothpaste on each one will dry them up and help clear them. Better to put it on at night though unless you want strange looks from people!

Calendula cream is also good but toothpaste is cheaper!

You have my sympathies - I suffer from hormonal chin acne too. The things that I have found helpful are cutting down on sugary foods, using cleansing oil instead of cream cleanser, and this cream every evening after cleansing.

You are doing the right thing not squeezing, although it is hard not to attack them thinking they will clear up quicker - it doesn't work and just leads to bad scarring and more spots.

Have you tried a witchstick? its got witch hazel in, I just got one for DD and it seems to stop them coming full scale.
