Has anyone used any creams or exercises to halt the inevitable downward progress of boobs please? Suddenly realised mine are not quite as perky as they once were.

they are all crap

get a better bra

Creams won't help.
Exercise will help with your body full stop but won't suddenly give you perky breasts if they have already drooped somewhat.
MrsBadger is right - investigate better bras and well fitting tops.

The problem is, a bra won't help when I am naked iyswim

When you're naked, anyone who matters won't be analysing your breasts in a negative way

turn the lights down low...or off altogether and burn candles

Stand up straighter and put your shoulders back.

Do Pilates/yoga/Alexander Technique if you aren't happy with your posture.

Do weight exercises for lifting the pecs, it really does work I reckon. Lots of pec dec arms

exercises that help your pectorals can help the underlying muscle tone ( think press ups and other upper body exercises) but once the ligaments have sagged it's only the knife that can turn back the clock.

Make sure you wear a good bra and it's the right size so it supports you.
