Non-leather/vegetarian walking shoes

I'm looking for some small (size 2 - 3) walking shoes (i.e. proper shoes not soft-soled pram shoes) for my son. The catch is we're veggie so I'm looking for some non-leather ones.

Anyone found any good ones?

Thank you but I'm sorry I've realised I wasn't clear - I actually mean tiny shoes (i.e. first walkers for a 15 months old) not children's shoes or 'walking' shoes

The only ones I can see from ethical ware/veggie shoes are soft-soled shoes. I was wondering about going down the canvas route but was worried whether they might not be the best start for his feet.
