but do they suit anyone with curves? do they come larger than a size 8?

(i know jlo has curves, but according to vb, they both wear the same dress size )

Cyb · 15/02/2010 12:12

I don;t believe she even picked up a pencil to design any of them

MaggieMaeve · 15/02/2010 12:14

I think she did. She loves fashion. She has been interested in it for a decade. WHy would she not pick up a pencil to design them?? I think she's probably good at something... and this is it!

[surprised that i seem to be defending victoria beckham!]

Cyb · 15/02/2010 12:15

I think she stood at the shoulder of someone and told them what to do

not that it makes a jot of difference of course

cocolepew · 15/02/2010 12:16

We've seen them all before though. I bet she doesn't even know which end of a pencil to use [bitch]

cocolepew · 15/02/2010 12:17

She looked at pictures from Audey Hepburn films and pointed at the ones she liked.

Cyb · 15/02/2010 12:21

feeling a bit light headed if I'm being honest

noddyholder · 15/02/2010 12:22

I like them but thing they were 'collaborations'I think you need to be in good shape for them no matter what size.So elegant though in a sea of shapeless tunics

Cyb · 15/02/2010 12:23

yes we could probaly all do with squeezing ourselves into a bit of sculptured tailoring rather than flopping loose in leggings

i love the teal but like fio says, there's nothing to them if you're a fattie. elle mcpherson wears VB, but she just looks oddly restrained in them.

I love her designs...I wish she'd do a high-street version (VB for Debenhams or something?!)

Although I'm nowhere near as thin as her (tahnk god), I'm about an 8-10, 5ft6, and do have the same shape: long legs, not much boobage, thin arms, sort of bony. I suit high-necks, sleeveless, pencil-skirt type shapes with short skirts, and I'd love to wear some of her designs.

She def needs to put some meat on, but she wears and designs what suits her, let's face it she'd look stupid in a v-neck, a short blazer or wide leg trousers and wedges, wouldn't she.

noddyholder · 15/02/2010 12:43

here is asdas offering

traceybath · 15/02/2010 13:02

I think they're lovely but they're so £££. The long black one was on netaporter that courtney cox wore to the globes - i seem to recall it was over £3000.

Not sure about styling them with the sunglasses - obviously I know she wants to sell them too but just look wrong with the long dresses.
