What are Boden sizes like? Want to buy secondhand but never tried them before

I am thinking about bidding on a Boden item on ebay but I am not sure what size I would be, as I have never worn any of their stuff before. Does anyone know what their sizing is like? I seem to vary dramatically from shop to shop on the high street so don't want to rely on the sizing guide Boden gives on their website.

To compare, I am a 10 in New Look jeans and a 12 in Primark jeans, and a 'it's a bit tight but OK if I don't sit down' size 10 in Sainsbury's jeans!

do you have time to ask the seller the measurements? I buy alot on ebay and find this the best way to get something that fits!

Hi Jay, I suppose I could do that, but then I would need to get the tape measure out and I don't think I want to....

lol, i'm doing the same on a monsoon skirt. Thinking about getting the tape out now. . .

I think perhaps I'm better off sticking to M&S stuff....at least I know what size I am!

I just bid on an M&S skirt, at least I know it will fit and I'll still have room to fit in more biscuits.....!
