How do you do nude?

The colour that is, not the physical state. I like the idea of it, but have dark Latin colouring and pale Celtic skin and I think I would end up looking washed out. Does anyone have any tips?

Contrast it with black

Stick with "warm" nude shades rather than cooler tones. For example, slate grey, old rose/dusky pink, warm taupes, cream.

I have very pale skin (with a pinky/blue tone) and find that these shades suit me well.

I am really looking forward to wearing nude this spring/summer but am a bit unsure too. I think trying it on is the only way to know really though I am always wary of shop lighting.
