Elephant Skin on Knees

I have 3 young DC and spend my life on my knees hence having elephant skin.
I've been using these winter months to sort out my heals and knees.
Using Flexitol on my heals the results after just 3 days was impressive but my knees, nothing is working.
Any suggestions, they look dreadfull?

Mine are never perfect but I have noticed a huge difference since I've been using exfoliating gloves to dry body brush before showering each day. After the shower I use a dry oil spray from Avon for moisture.

No suggestions but watching thread with interest, mine always seem to have this and my elbows a bit too, need it remedied for spring!

I hate my knees and cover them up all year round. I moisterise every day - I just have unattractive knees!
I heard lemon juice is good on elbows- you could always use it in gin before!!
