Is there going to be a big change in clothes styles?

I took DD, nearly 9, shopping for clothes recently and she hated everything in the shops and we came back with nothing.

She hates all the current clothes styles. She went to a school disco and all the girls were wearing skinny jeans/leggings/long cardigans/ long tops with graffiti type drawings on, all invarious dull colours.

I am not that keen on them either. Women and female children's clothes often look a bit drab, slouchy, cheap and scruffy at the moment.

The only shop that I can think of to take her to is Jigsaw Junior and hope that does a different style. But she has has grown out of almost everything and I can't afford to buy all her clothes from there.

So, is there any chance that styles are going to change soon and shops are going to sell clothing styles other than those worn by the ghost girl in 'Being Human?'

Zara girl was the least awful, and the sales assistant did say they were going to get lots of new stock in soon. DD has had some really nice things from there before, so I am hoping they will get something good in.
