Shoe suggestions please

I've got this dress (Boden I know, boring) for wearing into work/'occasions' as I normally work from home. However, I don't have any shoes to go with it and I'm not sure what colour would go. Suggestions please? Am looking for heels and links welcome......

I would probably match it with tan leather shoes, style dependent on the occasion - anything from strappy heels (probably with a wooden heel) to cork-soled wedges. Nothing flat though. Also wooden beads. But then I am utterly style-less, so don't take advice from me!

I thought tan but need to find some!

if it's for summer these look like they would go. I know it says 'red' as the colour description but they look like they would tone.
