when you say you have washed your uggs, are we talking deckers uggs or others?

My uggs are grubby and my dh has just bought me a new pair so I am wondering if I should risk washing them. The care label says hand wash but I don't think this is going to work as A- they won;t get very clean and
B- They will need to be spun anyways and thats the dodgy bit.

So can anyone tell me if and how they washed their Deckers Uggs. thanks

I washed my Celtic sheepskin ones. I used ecover non bio liquid and put them in a net bag on a 30* wash cycle and gentle spin. They came out fairly clean, with only one mark that didn't get washed out. I dried them by stuffing paper towels in the toes.

They shrunk, but then stretched back to normal with wear.

thank you sleepy..I guess they are the same material..mine have stretched a bit so not a major problem if they shrink a bit.

anyone washed their deckers?
