need jeans help!

I would like to buy a pair of straight jeans that are not skinny (have proper womanly hips and bum), but not frumpy. Am a bit bored of boot-cut, and am searching for something in a really dark blue. Any bright ideas??

i don't usually dare post of here as find this whole topic bit daunting - but have you tried M&S

Yes I have and am actually wearing a pair which seemed flattering at the time but are getting a bit loose thanks to the gym... that's why I am after something a bit more fitted and dare I say sexier...?

Lucky you re loosing weight! Suppose you could take a really deep breath and have a mass trying on session in Next - tho I do find their styles very hit and miss - I'm a 12 in some then a 14 in others! You really need lots of time and good deodorant tho (I get very hot and bothered jean shopping!)

Oh and forgot to mention I need a 16. Next tend to fit me well on the bum but get loose on the thigh quite high up so they look a bit flappy. God I HATE buying jeans - even thinking about it is bringing me out in a sweat!

I know exactly what you mean - I find loads fit great on bum and thights but then I get baggy swags behind the knees! Most strange - and frustrating!

I agree with Martha, am wearing a pair too! I have to belt mine as am between sizes, but they are really comfy.
