Salon/home treatments for hair

Hi, does anyone know of a hair product or salon treatment that makes your hair amazing? I think mine is in need of some deep conditioning or something, to make it all shiny and bouncy.

Well recently I started using Tre-Semme deep conditioner and it is fab. It cost about £4 and leaves my hair wonderfully glossy.

I've tried most things including Kerastase, Tigi and MOP.
