Thinking about getting one when I upgrade..
Just wondering if

A they are good
B can u easily access facebook and mumsnet on them

BB's are fantastic imo, but if you want FB and Mumsnet then you would be better off with an iphone. I have just changed my personal BB for an iphone and am impressed with the internet - less so with the sync of my email and calendar.

From a S&B perspective both iphone and BB are acceptable.

I have a BB and don't rate it. I am upgrading at the end of March and will be going for an iPhone. I much prefer the look of the iPone and the way it works. The apps seem better too.

I have a bb for work and HATE it! Have an iPhone for personal and love it. There is no competition, would go for the iPhone every day, no question.

I love mine. MN shows exactly as it does on my laptop, although FB is just the basic page as I haven't bothered to download the facebook for mobile app. Its nice being able to do e-mails / chat and not have to get the laptop out all the time.

The itty-bitty qwerty keyboard is fab too IMO.

My work blackberry is great, as I work from home and it allows me to be more flexible in where I am (I am the sad Mum with bb in hand at the school gates!) but the internet is pants on it

I prefer the BB for work. I'm not quite sure why I prefer it over the iphone. DH has had his iphone for a few months and is contemplating a move back to his blackberry for work purposes. I must say that I am surprised as he worships at the altar of all that it Apple so it really is saying something!

For personal use the iphone wins hands down.

I have a Blackberry Storm for work - it's fab for that but not as good as the iPhone for browsing. Having said that, I think Blackberry are getting Flash but iPhone won't, but that's probably waaaay off anyway!

you could try the tech part of the site...although indeed ones phone is an important accessory!

bbis defbetter than iphone. I gave my 12 yr old my iphone and went back to a blackberry.
i find it much easier for browsing and email use. mn and fb both work fine on it and it saves logging onto the pc or laptop.
i wouldn;t be without mine, i have two email accounts on it, one personal and one work. Has made me so much more organised and timely in my responses to people. also i thinkit looks more stylish.
