Hi

I am a relative newbie on here - please go easy on me!

I have bought very few clothes since my lo was born (he's 1 year old now) and my size has changed (now size 14/16!). I have 2 pairs of jeans and some long sleeved t-shirts and v-neck sweaters that I live in. So, all in all a pretty slobby mummy! However, I would love to be a bit more groomed and plan to sort my wardrobe a bit this year... I seem to have fallen in love with 2 pairs of shoes and would like your advice please.

  1. Are they really hideous? I seem to like the fact that they are old-time glamorous but don't really have the wardrobe to back it up. Does it matter?

  2. I really like these in red and these in tan or teal. What do you think?

TIA

I love those ethel noble shoes and have been longing for them for months myself.

Go for the shoes and the wardrobe will follow!

I prefer the second pair. But, how old are you?

Hi

Thanks.
I thought I would get shot down for them being horrible. I am not very good with shoes and end up with ballet pumps/ ankle boots!

Hobbgoblin - I am 40 this year. Does that matter?
