What do you mean? Have you got gum trays etc etc?

I bought it but only got to use it once (vile, slobbering experience), then it just stopped working.

I think slobber water from the tap when I rinsed it must have leaked into the vital parts.

No visible difference, but once probably not enough times to judge effectiveness.
