This is the best place for ballet pumps imho. Am sure you will find some black ones on here.

LetThemEatCake · 06/02/2010 21:45

also here

I like hush puppie ones...so comfortable

French Sole have the widest selection as it is their speciality, but beware, not all the designs are soft to wear. I spent £125 on a very pretty pair of shoes from French Sole some years ago as a very special investment but while they look beautiful the leather/cut is quite hard, and they give me blisters. byu contrast, a pair i bought from Zara for £20 a couple of years ago lasted two years of near constant wear, summer and winter! Primark ones are to be avoided at all costs in my experience. They may look nice and have leather uppers but they are so flimsy and badly designed they hurt. choose carefully.

Sunshinemummy, £87 for a pair of ballet pumps you gotta be kidding

LetThemEatCake i know it is euro's but over 100 for all of them seriously you lot have way to much spare cash on your hands.

I got a lovely pair from river island, they are so comfy, i find that lots pinch at the heel, these are so roomy.

I would not pay more the £30 and that would be a push

Next have a good range of ballet pumps most under £35, I have had a few pairs and they have been soft
I cant wait to wear these

GetOrfMoiLand · 06/02/2010 22:43

The best ballet pumps I have bought were £20 specials from New Look, of all places. A really good fit (I am size 9 but very narrow of foot) and nice soft leather.

here you go - £6 - I might buy a pair in every colour!

Bobbiewickham · 08/02/2010 20:27

Comfiest I've ever had were from Moda in Pelle.

And ballet pumps usually kill me because my feet are wide.

OllieWollieWoo · 08/02/2010 20:32

I've been eyeing up those ones SixtyFootDoll - like the white and navy ones too! M&S ones are very comfy imo. Had some New Look ones once - and it was like walking in bare feet - felt every stone! Think they were el cheapo ones tho ie around a tenner.

EdgarAllenSnow · 09/02/2010 09:32

don't tesco's do anything?

like this?

i got gold pumps for £8 from them..then saw something nearly identical in Topshop for £22 - diabolical liberty!
