I am going to London next week for my husbands calling to the role { a law thing ) obviously he's wearing suit, i'm wearing a lbd (just below the knee, with sleeves, low neck-line, sounds strange but looks nice, honest ) Do you think i have to wear heels or can i get away with pretty jewelled ballet pumps, as theres a lot of walking and standing and heels will kill me.
So i need your advice ladies

If you are not long legged, then perhaps heels would work best ( remember kitten heels are back)

I've just read Grazia, so I must be right!

Sounds divine to me!

Are you looking to buy a pair or do you already own them? I had a pair of pumps I stopped wearing as they were very low-heeled and completely unpadded so each step was a kindof flatfooted - couldn't even run for the bus in them without it hurting.

The Times did an article on shoes today this link and suggested a site I had never heard of www.naot.co.uk - just had a look - no pumps but some nice comfy lookiong shoes. I also like Clarks but then I am a bit of an edgy Mary Jane girl myself ...

Good luck!
